The world rejoiced at the coming of Johnel on the fourteenth of April 1951, for then did they know that a one-to-be long haired La Sallite, who would continually be warned and sent home by the Principal for a "decent" haircut, was brought to existence. The world, in turn, also thanked with reverence the people responsible for the addition to the ever growing problem of population-explosion; and these people, to whom Johnel owes his life, are Dr. and Mrs. Simeon L. Teopaco.
